Pitstop Online – Cancellation Policy

At Pitstop Online, we strive to deliver high-quality motor helmets and automobile spare parts with a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience. We understand that sometimes orders need to be changed or cancelled, and we’re here to help.

1. Order Cancellation (Before Shipment)

  • You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase or before it has been shipped, whichever is earlier.

  • To cancel, please contact our customer support at [email protected] with your order number and reason for cancellation.

  • If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.

2. Order Cancellation (After Shipment)

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may request a return or exchange (if eligible) after receiving the item.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable for orders that are already dispatched.

3. Custom or Special Orders

  • Orders for custom items or special requests (e.g., limited edition helmets or special car parts) cannot be cancelled once placed.

4. Refund Timeline

  • Approved cancellations will be refunded within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
